      Natural Theology
When I first got saved back in 1994, one important question I had was this: What about the person who has never heard the gospel or of Jesus Christ? Are they saved? It's not their fault they never heard of Jesus. God really wouldn't punish them would He? Believing that a person can be saved without the gospel or without Jesus Christ is called Natural Theology. And many Christians struggle with this issue. The good news is there is a Biblical answer. Join Pastor Mike as he dives into this challenging topic. Click on any link below to listen to a message.
1. THE CONDITION OF MAN -- (LUKE 12:41-48) (7/5/2015) -- Why do people buy into Natural Theology? The main reason is they believe God is a fair God and would never punish those who never heard the gospel message. But when it comes to matters of soteriology, we must not trust our corruptible reason or emotions. We must trust an incorruptible source. So we turn to the Scriptures for our answers.
2. THE REVELATION TO MAN -- (ROMANS 10:8-17) (7/12/2015) -- Without the right reference book I cannot write my software program. Without my teachers I never learn American history. Without a map I have no idea where I am or where I am going. And without divine revelation (the Bible) we would never know or understand God's plan of salvation.
3. THE SOLUTION FOR MAN -- (JOHN 14:1-6) (7/19/2015) -- God has established a plan of salvation for fallen mankind. It's all centered around Jesus Christ as Savior and Redeemer. He is the only way of salvation. There is only one plan. God did not develop a special alternate plan for those who have not heard.
4. THE COMMISSION FROM GOD -- (MATTHEW 28:16-20) (7/26/2015) -- Over the past 2,000 years since the day of Pentecost about 70 million people have been martyred spreading the gospel message. Why do these people do this? Because they know if people do not hear the gospel message, they have no chance of ever being saved.
